Groundbreaking Ceremonies and formal announcement of the ROAR Project were held August 21, 2000 at 3159 Glenwood Avenue, a vacant parcel which will be the future site of at least two, and perhaps three, of the ROAR Project's fifty homes. The first of the homes should be completed before the end of the year with all of the homes projected to be completed by next summer.

The Wallick Companies, who are also partners in the project and will be doing construction as well as property management for the ROAR project, provided the gold shovels and hard hats.
